Nelli Kim is the Founder and CEO of RĒDEN & J'Adorn Me, companies formed at the intersection of Style, Function and Philanthropy. Her career has spanned multiple sectors of the fashion industry over 20 years with leadership roles in buying, merchandising, e-comm, wholesale, branding, and sourcing/production. Nelli has held senior leadership roles at Bergdorf Goodman, Anthropologie, Caleres and Shopbop before launching her own consultancy and companies in 2019.

Nelli is also a Co-Founder and Board Chair of Embers International, as well as a founding Board member of RAISEfashion, a non-profit that provides pro bono consulting to Black-owned brands and individuals seeking a career in Fashion.

Nelli attended University of Pennsylvania, where she received a B.A. in English with a concentration in Feminist Literature.
