Sung-Min Lee is the Editor-in-Chief for Embers, and he oversees the external communications so that Embers can effectively share the story of our clients and invite others to join the mission of the organization. Sung-Min also serves as Embers’ pro bono Legal Counsel.

Sung-Min is also Counsel at Shim & Associates’ New York and New Jersey offices where he practices litigation, business transaction, corporate governance, non-profit law, and estate planning.

Prior to joining Shim & Associates, Sung-Min litigated a diverse range of class actions in federal and state courts, involving inter alia, antitrust claims, securities fraud claims, consumer fraud claims, and various common law claims.

Sung-Min received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. from Brandeis University.
